Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer fast and reliable delivery across the UK. Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Orders up to £15 – £2 delivery charge
• Orders up to £30 – £3 delivery charge
• Orders above £30 – FREE delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped via a trusted courier service. Standard delivery times are 2-5 working days from dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email).

How to Return an Item

2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
